Indoor Parking Lot Application Announcement

1. Fee Standard:

For the 112th academic year, the indoor parking space fees at our school have been adjusted according to the latest revision of the ‘National Chi Nan University Indoor Parking Lot Fee Points’. Starting from the 112th academic year, the fee has been increased to 4,000 New Taiwan Dollars per semester. Considering the limited number of parking spaces and to serve faculty and students more fairly and justly, the application process from the 112th academic year onwards will be conducted in multiple stages.

2. Application Process (Please complete the application form):

A. Phase 1

1. Application Period: From August 1st to Aug. 10th 14:00
2. Eligible Applicants: Limited to faculty and staff
3. Parking Space Restrictions:

(1) The indoor parking lot of the College of Humanities is restricted to faculty and staff who work in the Administration Building, College of Humanities, Comprehensive Teaching Building, Student Activity Center, and Sports and Health Center.
(2) The indoor parking lot of the College of Management is restricted to faculty and staff who work in the College of Management, College of Science and Technology, College of Education, and the Library.

B. Phase 2 (If there are still available spaces after the conclusion of Phase 1, this stage will be opened)

1. Application Period: From Aug. 14th to 23rd 14:00
2. Eligible Applicants: In this stage, current students of the school are eligible to apply, and faculty and staff may apply across different buildings.

C. Important Notes:

1. During Phases 1 and 2, each person is limited to applying for one vehicle. Individuals with moderate or severe disabilities are guaranteed one parking space.
2. After the application deadline for each phase, if the number of applicants exceeds the number of available spaces, a public lottery will be held at 16:00 on the deadline day in the Affairs Team office to determine the successful applicants. The drawing of lots will be announced, and you are welcome to witness it on site.

3. Payment Deadline:

Those allocated a parking space should make the payment promptly. The latest deadline for payment completion is 12:00 on August 31, 112. Please bring the payment receipt and staff ID (or student ID) to the Affairs Team to finalize the application. Failure to meet the deadline will result in forfeiture of the parking space.

4. Phase 3:

Starting from September 1, 2023, if there are still available parking spaces, applications will continue to be accepted. This also includes accepting applications for a second parking space from those who already have one, on a first-come, first-served basis, until all spaces are filled.

5. Remarks:

(1) Applicants for an indoor parking permit should also separately apply for a car pass, with fees charged separately.
(2) Due to the adoption of a new application method, all old magnetic cards will be demagnetized by 17:00 on August 31, 2023.
