This vehicle access permit application form is exclusively for the use of faculty and staff members of National Chi Nan University and its affiliated senior high school when applying for a vehicle access permit.

For new vehicle applications, please attach a copy of your driver's license and vehicle registration for verification by the processing personnel. The documents will be returned after verification.

6. Indoor parking permit application form

The indoor parking permit fee for each vehicle is NT$3000 per semester. The academic year is divided into two semesters: the first semester is from September to February of the following year, and the second semester is from March to August of the following year.

Vehicles belonging to individuals with disabilities are eligible to apply for an indoor parking permit at a reduced rate, with parking management fees charged at half the regular price. For faculty and staff members, they should first apply for a staff access permit from the General Affairs Office. Students should apply for a student access permit from the Student Affairs Office before being granted permission to apply for an indoor parking permit at the university's indoor parking lots. Additionally, individuals with disabilities should present their disability handbook during the application process.

General public can inform the security guard at the gate and pay a NT$500 entrance fee to enter the campus for wedding photoshoots. A total of 2 vehicles, including the photography vehicle, are allowed per session.
