政府機關綠色採購是推動綠色消費的關鍵。透過優先選擇對環境影響較小的產品，政府機關引領綠色產品的生產和使用，帶動綠色消費風氣，達到環境保護的效益。我國政府已實施綠色採購行動方案，適用範圍擴大至各行政機關、國營事業及公立學校等。這項措施能促進環保產業發展，以身作則，引導社會實踐綠色消費。
